Terrible customer service from the guys in the service department. They make a mistake in giving you the wrong part when you tell them a specific model number, then expect you to cover the difference when you have to go all the way back to get the right one. Not much of a small town business ethic left, if they're willing to screw a customer over small price differences when it was their mistake, then I guess big box stores will have to get the business instead. Not ever going back.
These people will sell you the wrong parts and admit they did but, do nothing to make it right. These scam artists care only about selling stuff regardless of it being what is needed. Never again will i or any other family member of mine purchase fron there.
